How long does it take for delivery?

How do I file a complaint?

How long will it take for my refund to arrive?
Refunds are typically processed within ten days of purchase and can take up to 60 days. Once we have received and reviewed your return, your refund will be issued back to the payment method used for purchase, minus any applicable restocking fees. You can expect to receive your refund in the same time frame it would take for a transaction to be completed. And if for any delay we will promptly notify you the reasons and will efficiently fix and issue the required refund.
Who covers return postage costs?
We aim to provide full customer satisfaction with our products, so if you are unhappy within 14 days of purchase, all return postage costs are your responsibility. If there is a problem with the engine, we have a 14 day return policy and we will cover the cost of returning the product to us.
If I want my items shipped outside of the UK and EU, are customs and import fees applicable?
Absolutely! Depending on the location of destination, customs and import fees may be applicable. We suggest you to check your local customs and duties laws before placing an order with us, as Brawny Auto is not responsible for any customs or import charges that may apply.

Do you charge VAT in your prices?
No we don’t but we have an affordable VAT and we add it up to the cost price when issuing an Invoice.
